Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 2000 and held senior financial positions at Smiths Group and WPP. He spent 10 years as CFO of LBi, an entrepreneurial Digital SME, which sold to Publicis Groupe for £350M in late 2013 and then went on to become CFO for Publicis.Sapient and Publicis Media in UK. Voted as Top 20 CFO in Tech & Media sector, he combines extensive M&A and Fundraising expertise with a deep knowledge of the Marketing Services and related-tech sectors. Simon studied history at Warwick University and has a Financial Strategy diploma from Oxford University.

With her roots in the retail fashion sector, Lotta has founded four successful ventures across the fashion, production, and communication sectors. She played a central part in taking her first company public and oversaw a successful sale of her advertising agency to IPG.

Miles has spent the last 20 years growing and selling marketing services businesses, both as CEO and advisor. Starting his career in advertising, he had spells running several high-profile agencies such as Digitas in London before joining the world of M&A at Results IG in 2010. Since then, he’s set up and scaled several M&A boutiques, including Waypoint Partners and Milestone Advisory.

Miles is a specialist in growth and M&A for agencies, consultancies, and related technology firms in the marketing services sector.

David has over 35 years of international agency experience gained from working in developed and emerging markets. David was based in China from 2002 – 2014, where he co-owned, sold, started and grew profitably a number of agencies whilst leading multi-national Clients’ business across Greater China and Asia Pacific.

David’s broad agency operational experience ranges from start-ups to major holding companies and this enables him to develop insightful and relevant commercial strategies for agency turn-around and growth.

David is a former Vice-Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and now serves on the board of the China-Britain Business Council, in addition to several other board and consulting roles in Asia. He divides his time between London and Shanghai.
